The "view all" button in the emoji bar stopped working

I'm using Edge (it is the current version) and Outlook web. I used to be able to type a colon and have an emoji bar appear, and would click on the "view all" button and a whole panel of emojis would appear. Now the "view all" button just doesn't react at all. I cleared the cache, I made sure everything was up to date, I tried in Private mode, nothing works.
