Hello Microsoft Support,
I'm a paid Microsoft 365 user from Thailand. I have been using the "Premwadee" Thai voice for Text-to-Speech (TTS) in my projects and daily productivity tools. Recently, I noticed that the voice characteristics have changed significantly across all platforms (Edge, iOS, Android, PC) without any official announcement.
This voice was chosen for its natural intonation and clarity, and the recent change has caused a major disruption to my workflow.
Could you please confirm:
- Was there a recent update or replacement of the “Premwadee” voice model?
- Is it possible to revert to the previous voice?
- Is there a roadmap or changelog for Thai TTS voices?
I would greatly appreciate your response or a way to escalate this issue.
