Trying to add a new email account set up in GoDaddy

I have set up an email account on Godaddy. Then tried to add it to outlook. I added it and outlook said it added it successfully. When I open outlook - i get an MS365 popup window asking me to sign in to that account. When I do that, I get an error saying that the email from identity provider does not exist in tenant and cannot access the application (Outlook) in that tenant.

I have no idea what that means. any help would be greatly appreciated.
