in new Outlook, how to create new meeting templates

Greetings,In the new Outlook Desktop App, I would like to have the following:

• Ability to create new meeting templates, then it can enable me that whenever I start a new meeting invitation, it gives me different meeting templates/options to select like: Meeting, Update , Discussion, Decision, etc.

Note: this is not availble nor in "Meeting options" like in Outlook classic, MS Teams & "My Templates" in Outlook new.

• Ability to publish a form template or a table template which automatically appear in the meeting body so whenever I click to make a new meeting, its automatically appear in the meeting body and I can fill out the information accordingly.

Note: Its not availble in Outlook New, something like "Publish Form" which is already there in Outlook classic. Also that is not possible with "My Templates" in Outlook New.
