Hi NIKASH

From the image you've uploaded, it looks like you're using Azure DevOps Test Plans, but currently have basic access, which might limit your ability to create or manage test cases.

Navigate to Organization Settings -> Billing -> Click on Start Free trial for Basic+Test Plans User's image

Then Install the extension Test & Feedback which you can see on the Test Plan page, Click on Install and then Go to test plans and create a new test plan.

Alternatively, Go to Boards -> Create new Item -> Click on 3 dots -> Click on Add Test. It will be reflected in Test Plans.

That was nice but still how can i get to add test cases like the one below in the picture? and i am also missing the +new test plan option.

Hi NIKASH

As I can see from the screenshot, +New Test Plan Option is available on the right side, but if you want to add test cases, navigate to Test Plans, click on New Test Plan, create it, and then add a new test case. You can go to the Summary tab and add the comment there. And then you can define and execute the test case.

Hi NIKASH

Could you please ask her to log out from the account and log in again? Also, try clearing the cache and cookies, and use a different browser or an incognito window.

Navigate to Project Settings -> Permissions -> Make sure all settings are set to Allow under test plans.

Then, go to Organization settings -> Users and check the access level. It should be basic+test plans. If it's not, change the access level by clicking on the three dots.

But still i am unable to get the +New Test Plan in my account ******@rajalakshmi.edu.in an the one you are seeing in the above with that option in my friends account
