I have a custom connector in power apps. The purpose is to pull api's from my web app. I am using OAuth 2.0 credentials. When I go to test the connection, it gives me the error below. I have all of the permissions set, Exposed APIs, Authenticate, Redirect URL and all of the above I can think of. I have used about every type of AI but keep getting the same error. My tenant email shows up but when I click it I get that error.

I have even gone into enterprise and approved the rights for the tenant. I'm wondering if its a microsoft glitch.

Message: AADSTS90008: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID '6be6f3da-0ddd-4edd-876e-XXXXXXXX'(GM Agent Connector). This happened because application is misconfigured: it must require access to Microsoft Graph by specifying at least 'Sign in and read user profile' permission.
