Dear Support Team,

My name is Pandranki Chandra Hasini, and I recently attempted a Microsoft certification exam but was unable to complete it due to a technical issue from my side. Below are the exam details:

Candidate Name: Pandranki Chandra Hasini

Candidate ID: MS0990134622

Registration ID: 505481603

Exam Date: Friday, May 2, 2025

Scheduled Time: 10:45 PM Eastern Standard Time

Appointment Length: 65 minutes

Unfortunately, during the exam session, the system froze due to a network issue. I was unable to proceed beyond a certain point, and despite waiting, the session remained unresponsive. This issue was beyond my control and prevented me from completing the exam as intended.

I am requesting your assistance to investigate this incident and reschedule or offer a retake for the exam at no additional cost.

. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your support in resolving it promptly.

Kind regards,

Pandranki Chandra Hasini

    Hi @chandrahasini ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:

    Microsoft Training Support Forum

    Microsoft Certification - Exam Registration/Scheduling

    Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

It's possible to ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

or "Ask a new question >" and Learn/Cert Moderators will help you.

    Pearson VUE Support:
