fsutil behavior set disablelastaccess 0
vs
fsutil behavior set disablelastaccess 1
Does not seem to make the real change even after restart.
Or I don't know how to test.
In both states, I check on the file > Properties > Accessed
Please, how is this Accessed will update for .txt files? Just by opening them? Or updating/saving etc?
