I am unable to complete the enrolment of a Corporate-owned dedicated devices on an Samsung Galaxy phone which was at Android version 15 (One UI 7) which had known issues. We downgraded the device back to Android 14 however I am still not able to enroll the device. I can scan the profile token, download and install the enrolment profile and log in to the Company Portal however the device does not register and when trying to manually register from the Company Portal it brings up the Google Play store and my only options is to go back or reset the device.

If you do factory reset on device, instead of entering any google account at fresh start, try to enter afw#setup which will lead you to join the device as factory enrollment to Intune.
