Azure Startup Rep (via BeyondSoft) is contradicting Microsoft Published Tier requirements

We are currently closing out Tier 3 and have been putting a rather excessive amount of effort into graduating to Tier 4.

We have exceeded the requirements for Tier 4 for about 2-months. The automated Engagement Score says our Engagement Score is not high enough, but we have met with multiple advisors per week, launched Ai prototypes and used them, met all 9 of 9 criteria, redeemed almost 20 of the benefits, and have signed up for multiple webinars, events, and followed through with an architecture review.

I opened a ticket specifically to get a solution for the faulty Engagement Score (the credit usage meter has seized also inexplicably). The rep, from BeyondSoft Consulting, shared a link with me with the published requirements for all the tiers. He then told me I had to meet all the traction requirements (which are for Tier 5). I pointed out that this was for Tier 4. He claimed that since he would need to do a manual review (remember, I contacted them due to the Engagement Score not functioning); that I somehow had to meet Tier 5 requirements, even though that is impossible and Tier 4 is specifically designed to start the milestone of building the traction to qualify for Tier 5.

We have a full CiCd pipeline, as well as (and I am not exaggerating, see for yourself) a fully functional alpha at https://fame.chat which is Rust-based and leverages Webtransport for ultra-low latency global communications...literally a bleeding-edge streaming platform that we have built out which exceeds even the most modern Mozilla Quic/WT libraries.

Once I pushed back and asked to please resolve the issue or provide an equivalent workaround (a Microsoft Azure support requirement/standard for unresolved issues). He immediately kept pushing me to close the ticket and when I said we need to wait for another Microsoft internal team member to review and respond to help him resolve the issue he was supposed to be resolving...he waited until almost 1am and then he closed the ticket.

We have about a week left before our Tier 3 runs out...and we will literally have to take a bleeding edge technology off of Azure; even though we have actually satisfied and exceeded the requirements.

Can anyone please help get some attention on this from an actual Microsoft employee? I thought the whole point of the Founder's/Startup program was to foster new tech.
