How to find my BitLocker recovery key after repaired by Laptop

Hi,

I repaired my laptop after a hardware issue. But after I got my laptop back, it requested a recovery key to open my laptop. I logged in to my Microsoft account from another device and searched for the recovery key under the devices. But when I go to view the BitLocker key, it says, "No BitLocker recovery key was found for this device." Please help me to fix this issue

    If none of the mentioned options work, you'll likely need to reset your device, which unfortunately means losing your data on the encrypted drive.

    To reset the device:

    You'll need installation media for your operating system or, download from Microsoft.

    Boot from this media and choose repair/recovery options

    Select the option to reset/reinstall the operating system
