publish asp.net mvc(.net framwork 4.8) application to Azure, it published success, but not show the correct UI

I follow the steps Quickstart: Deploy an ASP.NET web app - Azure App Service | Microsoft Learn

I created asp.net mvc application(. net framework4.8) follow the above steps, it show "Your web app is running and waiting for your content

Your web app is live, but we don’t have your content yet. If you’ve already deployed, it could take up to 5 minutes for your content to show up, so come back soon."

I wait 5 min still the same issue, can somebody can help me ?
