How can I contact the ID@Azure team if they are not responding to my emails?

Hello, I’ve sent multiple emails to the ID@Azure team over the past few weeks but haven’t received any response. I wanted to follow up here to ask:

Is there an alternative way to get in touch with the ID@Azure team?

Are there any known delays or issues with their response times recently?

I’m trying to move forward with my project and would really appreciate any guidance or contact options.

Thank you for the update! I’m not entirely sure if my issue is related to the Azure Founders Hub, as I applied for the ID@Azure program through the Microsoft Developer Portal. The benefits of ID@Azure seem to align with those of the Azure Founders Hub, offering access to Azure, PlayFab, and other development tools for game development. So, I think they may be the same program.
