Auto discover not working on Outlook Mobile App

  • Outlook Mobile version (e.g., 4.2514.0)
  • Device type and OS version: iOS and Android
  • Exchange environment: ActiveSync Exchange server
  • Specific issue: AutoDiscover fails
  • Steps already tried:
    1. Configured DNS A record & DNS CNAME records.
    2. Using the Microsoft Connectivity Analyser able to successfully achieve Auto-discover below is the screenshot attached for successfull discovery through the analyser.

      1. But the Autodiscovery fails from the Outlook app on mobile.

Please help us identify if any configuration is missing or if any additional steps are to be followed to the the Autodiscovery working correctly with the Outlook Mobile app.
