how to avoid AD account deleted if the email account disabled from Exchange ECP

When I deleted a mailbox, the mailbox is disconnected from the associated user account, and the account is removed from Active Directory.

I would like to deleted the mailbox but I need to keep the associated AD account.

How to do it?
