MS SQL Installation error - The mof compiler could not connect with the wmi server

I tried to reinstall MS SQL 2022 server but I am facing the below error.

I have tried multiple times without success. Log file showd error number 1639. I tried below solutions :

Deleted the registry entries,

Deleted previous installation files and folders,

Downloaded new setup file to make sure the media is not corrupt

Changed the installation directory and made sure that the directory does not have spaces

Restarted the workstation every time before installation

Restarted WMI Service every time
