The teams meetings are stored somewhere even if they are not recorded? Can I request a transcript from a teams meeting through ICO in the UK even if was not recorded?
I recently had a performance review meeting, and just two days later, I was made redundant. I submitted a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) because I am preparing for an employment tribunal, but the information I received did not include anything related to that performance review meeting. The company's notes of the meeting differ significantly from my own, and they are now claiming that the meeting "does not exist" because it was not recorded. I'm questioning whether that's accurate.
If I request information during the tribunal, is it possible that Microsoft (via Teams) could still have logs, metadata, or even a transcript of that meeting, even if it wasn't officially recorded by the company?
