Hello,

After the most recent Windows Update that released on 4/22/2025, my Bluetooth capability has been removed/turned off for my desktop PC.

I have attempted troubleshooting Bluetooth via Settings/Troubleshoot/Additional Troubleshooting/Bluetooth, but the result reads : Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer.

In my device manager, if I view the hidden devices, I can still see my Bluetooth Device is installed, and I've updated the drivers to the current version. However, the device status reads :

'Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.'

I've also downloaded and reinstalled Bluetooth from Intel for my computer.

I've done some digging, and I can see that this has been an issue in the past for other people.

I'm hoping this issue will be resolved at some point, but I haven't seen much progress with troubleshooting on my end.
