Hello Azure Support Team,

I was recently approved for the Azure for Startups program and have already received confirmation of the credits in my account. However, when I access the Azure portal and go to the “Subscriptions” section, the Azure for Startups subscription does not appear, so I am unable to use the credits.

I need support to make the Azure for Startups subscription visible and usable in my account as per the approved benefit.

If you need more information, I can provide screenshots or account details.
Thank you!

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

    • Go to the Azure Sponsorship Portal
    • Log in with your Microsoft account and see if your sponsorship subscription is listed there
    • If it is, click “Activate” — this sometimes completes the linkage process

    Also check:

    • Azure Portal → Top-right corner → Click on your profile → Switch Directory
    • You might be looking at the wrong directory (e.g., default vs. Founders Hub linked directory)

Please Upvote and Accept the answer if it helps!!
