Azure MySQL flexible data servers cannot be opened in the Azure portal

When I go to Azure Database for MySQL servers and click on one of my databases, I get an empty screen. It keeps loading and nothing happens.
The databases are still intact, our website is still running, but it seems we cannot make any new deployments with Terraform anymore.
Is Azure experiencing any technical difficulties related to MySQL flexible servers?
