What is Tenant ID and why I keep getting emails if I never had purchased such?

I keep getting emails that my Microsoft Entra ID tenant is expiring and if I don't make a purchase my next Microsoft purchase will require a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant next time I purchase a Microsoft product. However, this is personal account, not a business account. Moreover- I keep getting this to my private email, but when I open this, it shows my work email!

Welcome to Q&A, You might be listed as the technical or privacy contact for a tenant that's why you get emails about its status. Removing your email from those fields can help stop notifications. Just Go to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center, check your tenant's properties, and update or remove your email for the tenant that you are receiving the notification.

In addition to that I understand that you are receiving If you don’t make a purchase before this date, your next purchase with Microsoft will require a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant to continue using Microsoft services. You’re receiving this email because your personal account is linked to the billing address associated with it.
I’d like to confirm whether you're able to log in to the tenant mentioned in the email. If you're unable to log in or encounter an error such as AADSTS5000225, please let me know.
