Currently, due to capacity constraints, provisioning in Germany West Central is limited to EA and EA premium customers only. These restrictions have been put in place by the Azure capacity team to ensure optimal performance and resource availability. Unfortunately, all other customer segments are temporarily blocked from provisioning in this region until these constraints are resolved.
