Dynamic SCOM group - incorrect members

Hi, I want to create dynamic SCOM group containing all servers but Primary Domain Controller (I have already created dynamic SCOM group containing only PDC). Query for this should be very straightforward:

( Object is Windows Computer AND ( DNS Domain Name Matches wildcard *DomainFQDN ) AND True )

with group containing PDC selected in Excluded Members tab.

However, group still contains PDC which should not have been the case. Is this some bug or what?
