Hi Team,
I am preparing for AI-102 and went through this module which talks about security. I am curious and wanted to know whether any user prompt or any other user data is also saved by Azure AI Services, is there any existing documentation on this in terms of Data Privacy. Consider this in terms of Banking domain. Other than securing infrastructure as mentioned in the linked module, can we also safe guard data that we share to the model.

Azure AI Services are designed with a strong focus on data privacy and security. User data, including prompts and completions, is not used to train or improve models without explicit consent. This approach is especially important for industries like banking, where compliance with data protection regulations is critical.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Azure AI Services aligns with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to data protection, privacy, and communications. Comprehensive guidelines on data privacy and security are available through Microsoft Learn and in the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum.
These measures are in place to ensure customer data is safeguarded, appropriate permissions for data processing are obtained, and all data usage is communicated transparently.
