How do I optain an Azure openAI API key ?

Following the instructions that tell me to log onto the Azuere portal look at the menu on the left of for the "Keys and Endpoint" option, I find no such option. How do I get a key ?

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

    To get the Keys and Endpoint for the Azure OpenAI, Please follow the steps below. I assume you already have deployed the Azure OpenAI resource,

    1. Go to the Azure Portal
    2. Search for “Azure OpenAI”
    3. Click on the resource name to which you would like to get the key
    4. In the left side blade, you can find the Keys and endpoint.
