Do latest Outlook versions remove @media queries in an eml email

I am creating an eml email and then opening it and sending in Outlook. I can see the eml file has @media correctly in the CSS. However when I look at the received email other CSS has been applied correctly but not the @media.

Will any versions of Outlook apply the @media CSS when sending?

Thanks, my question was really about sending from Outlook rather than whether a recipient Outlook would interpret it correctly. Outlook applies other CSS in the same style block of my eml HTML email when sending but removes @media. In fact no <style> block remains so do all versions of Outlook do this when sending? They seem to apply the CSS by generating their own inline styling as part of the sending procedure which naturally could not work with @media as it doesn't work inline. I'm wondering if Office 365 does the same?

I am afraid so, as I know, Outlook emails (desktop, Outlook.com mobile app, and Outlook.com website) do not support Media Query tags. Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. If you want to learn more about CSS, please search the relevant forums and post for more professional advice.
