URGENT HELP NEEDED ON MICROSOFT AND MINECRAFT ACCOUNT RECOVERY!!

I was playing a minecraft server known as Donut SMP. I wanted to join this youtubers discord and thought his discord was discord.gg/drdonut. HOWEVER, this was NOT the actual server at all. This server was filled with two scammers the admins named tricked and blood. They set up a discord bot known as "Minelink" that asked me to link my account, it asked for my email and minecraft username. It then sent me an email by the real Microsoft account here is the email, Microsoft account team ******@accountprotection.microsoft.com.

This email is legitimate and gave me a real code and specifically asked me to NOT share this with anyone. At the time I hadn't seen this as I was only looking for the code that the discord bot was asking me to send it. After a few minutes go by I realize I hadn't been seeing any new channels in the discord server so I decided to play a minecraft pvp server with my friend until I was suddenly logged out from my account and couldn't log back in despite trying to use the correct password over and over again. Then I clicked forget password and I saw that they removed my backup email and replaced it with their own so I would be stuck and unable to retrieve my account. I tried finding forums or a phone number that I could call but none of these would let me talk to a real human who could understand this complicated mess Im in. I need this account as I have a few capes and a rare 4 letter username.

So if there is any Microsoft support out there im begging for your help to try and understanding. If this means anything I have dates and emails of my transactions of each free cape I had on this account.
