NPU almost always active after bootup. Copilot+ pc with Qualcom processor

Microsoft Copilot + PC. Task manager shows NPU cycling between 0 and 80% usage on a 50% square wave cycle after bootup with no applications running. CPU usage 1%, memory usage 1%.

Cannot find any reason for the NPU to be running so much. Any thoughts?

Web searches find problems of zero NPU.

I also have the same issue on my Asus Vivobook S15 Snapdragon X Elite.

NPU running around 70-80%. Try finding the app that use NPU.

Update:
It might be a CoPilot app that causes NPU usage.
Try disable CoPilot running on windows start at the setting of CoPilot app and then reboot.

NPU will stay at 0% after reboot.
