We are trying to configure Autopilot fir windows 11 24h2. It was working previously but now it is not working. It is just going to welcome and not esp. The device is azure joined but not in intune. But locker keys present in azure. Device name changed as per auto pilot profile. Installed company portal configured in auto pilot but not in intune devices. Devices are build several times as thewe are lab devices. User is also the same and enrollment limit is high. No logs are created

Not in Intune, but still getting the device policies? Are you sure it is not reporting latency? With relation to ESP nit running, see if the policy is applying on the AP group or not. If not, then check the priority order or try creating another ESP policy.
