Hi,
I've been users getting the Fix Me error in the screenshot randomly, and the only way to fix it is to re-authenticate and get a new token.
Can you advise on the following:
- What causes it?
- How to prevent it?
- Can the fix be done silently?
Additional information:
They are using Microsoft 365 Enterprise Apps, the mailbox is still on-prem and the device they are using it from is Entra Registered.

2025-04-22T16:22:13.01+00:00 Yeah, Office 365 has been under 2 name changes in my entire history of being a Microsoft user. First to Microsoft 365, now to Microsoft 365 Copilot on January 15, 2025. So, to conclude my answer, Office 365 is now MS365 Copilot.
Does yours have that, or is it Office 365 still?

2025-04-23T13:51:05.1066667+00:00 Ok, mine has Microsoft 365 Copilot. I believe they did not do the 2nd name change for your Enterprise account.
