I was approved for 5k on Azure for the Founders Hub but once I tried to push for 25k and failed domain verification it went back down to 1k?

I keep failing the domain verification process even though I shared the domain registration from Namecheap. I was approved for 5k spending and then it went away, I am dangerously close to hitting the 1k limit and I need more credits on azure so I don't get service interruption having to take it down. How do I pass domain verification and at least go back up to 5k of credits?

    Hi Halaa Menasy,

The issue you're facing may be due to domain verification and eligibility requirements for Azure credit levels in the Founders Hub. Domain verification is required to access higher credit tiers like the $25,000 offer. If verification fails or your startup details change (like name or address), the system may adjust your credit tier—possibly to a lower amount, such as $1,000. To fix this, go to the Founders Hub home page, select "Re-verify Domain", and upload documents like a domain purchase invoice, registry record, or a website showing your startup’s name, address, and domain. Make sure the documents are dated within the last 12 months and match your Founders Hub profile. If you need help, click the "?" icon in the portal and select "Submit a Support Ticket", including any screenshots or documents for review.
