Hello:

We have about 240 Windows Autopilot devices that failed to install updates due to download error 0x80070005, 0x800f081f & 0x800f0993. These devices are fully cloud-based, Azure AD-joined, and managed by Intune. All Windows devices use the same update ring policy, and the majority have received most security patch updates. However, some devices have failed to download/install the updates. Users have an administrator role on the device.

I have tried the following steps but still no luck:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Progress
sfc /scannow
Reset Windows Update
Manually download the updates from the Microsoft Update Catalog
Download Windows 11 Installation Assistant and run the EXE

Could you please advise on how to resolve this error and provide a way to update these devices? Thank you!

Have you tried this on different networks? Or only at the same office network?
