Is there another way I can report a problem without using the IDE, or installer?

I keep getting this:

vsReportProb

When I Launch without Visual Studio, I get this, which isn't useful in the circumstances.

Visual Studio Debugging
Visual Studio Debugging
Visual Studio: A family of Microsoft suites of integrated development tools for building applications for Windows, the web and mobile devices.Debugging: The act or process of detecting, locating, and correcting logical or syntactical errors in a program or malfunctions in hardware. In hardware contexts, the term troubleshoot is the term more frequently used, especially if the problem is major.

What issue are you having with VS? In general if VS cannot report the problem using Report a Problem then the fallback is to use the VS Installer. If you cannot launch either then that would indicate either a horribly corrupt system or perhaps a firewall blocking access to the Internet for the apps. Without any information about the issue though it is hard to say.

The support site doesn't really allow for reporting issues with VS outside of VS itself. WIthout VS running there is almost no contextual information to provide any sort of assistance such as VS version, logs, etc.
