Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue with a PostgreSQL Flexible Server in Azure that is stuck in a broken "Dropping" state.

We attempted to delete the server, but now:

It shows “Dropping” in Azure Portal

Clicking it throws: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'createdAt')"

  • We are unable to manage, delete, the resource

Is there any way to refresh or remove this stuck resource ourselves?

Or is this a case of metadata corruption that requires Microsoft backend support to force delete?

Also, is there a way to confirm whether the server was VNet integrated based on current Resource Graph data?

    Hello Niket Kumar Singh

Following up on our remote session discussion, the Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server in the Azure portal is currently stuck in the dropping state.

As mentioned, we attempted to drop the server from the backend.

I hope this has been helpful!
