I have an MDM setup in Intune for Apple Device. My Apple MDM Push Certificate recently expired on the 1 of April. We wanted to consolidate the AppleID's so the primary AppleID cert was deleted and replaced with the soon to be primary. This broke my system. We did replace the APN with the corrected renewed certification. My problem now is the policy under Managed Device>Configuration shows as not applicable. I haven't changed anything in this area. Please help me find out what may be wrong and how to fix it.

    Hello @Bryant Davis SA ,
I believe that you followed the steps to Steps to Renew your Apple MDM push certificate
and you ensured that the Renewal is complete by confirming that the Apple MDM push certificate status appears active in both the admin center and Apple Push Certificates portal.

The issue with the policy under Managed Device>Configuration showing as not applicable is not related to the renewal of the Certificate.
    Policy states:

Not Applicable: This policy isn't supported on this platform. For example, iOS/iPadOS policies don't work on Android. Samsung KNOX policies don't work on Windows devices.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/intune/device-configuration/troubleshoot-policies-in-microsoft-intune

Kindly check this policy to ensure that the Policy is supported on this platform.
I hope this helps to answer your question
