Azure App Service is a service used to create and deploy scalable, mission-critical web apps.
Hi Théo,
The underlying webspace (aka Deployment Unit) that your app service plan is in does not support the new size you are requesting. The reason it mentions resource group is webspaces are tied to unique combination of region - resource group - OS. In case you are wondering, moving the app service plan to different resource group will not change the situation.
What you need to do is create new app service plan in new resource group in same region with SKU that you need (e.g. Linux P1mv3). This will make sure the app service plan is placed in webspace that supports P*mv3.
Once you have your new app service plan, create a new app and deploy your existing apps files, copy/paste over any settings as needed, remove binding from old and add binding to new, etc. After your new app is tested and up and running you may consider deleting the old app and app service plan (if the plan is empty).
Scale up from an unsupported resource group and region combination
Note: there is no "Clone App" for Linux
