Hi
I need to delete an azure backup that has been set to immutable and locked.
I have seen on other answers that I need to contact Azure technical support. However, with my developer support account I can no longer raise tickets via the portal.
What is the best way to contact azure to delete the resource?

It's important to note that the process for initiating the removal of the immutability lock can take 7-10 business days due to security precautions.

Customer [@Alex Roca] wants to remove immutability from his client's recovery service vault [RSV] on Azure but don't have access to his client's vault. Customer's client [@Alex Roca] is not responding and customer gave temp closure permission as his client is unavailable right now and informed support team that he will reopen the case if required.
