SCOM 2022 Dynamic Group query - Primary Domain Controller

I have 3 AD forests isolated to one another and monitored by single SCOM Management Group (1 MS in the management forest and 2 GW in the other 2 forests). I have a need for 3 Dynamic Groups containing only Primary Domain Controller in the given domain (want to monitor time drift between PDC and its authoritative NTP server in each forest - dynamic groups would be monitors' targets). What would be proper query to make this happen - this time I'd like to avoid creating custom attributes if possible. Building on this, is there any trustworthy documentation on SCOM queries for Dynamic Groups?
