Detection rule Size in MB not accurate enough

I am looking to enforce a specific version of an app but it does not have version information embedded inside it. Thus, I'd like to verify a very specific size. In SCCM, I can specify the size in bytes but Intune wants MB. Both the version I want and the newer version I don't want have the same size in MB, but do differ in the number of bytes. Furthermore, is it looking for a float number or integer? 15 is very inaccurate but 15.5 is what File Explorer gives.

I'm aware that I can do a script detection rule, but I feel this could use some improvement.
