Hello Azure Support Team,
We're developing an MRI breast cancer diagnosis algorithm with MRI and require GPU for model training and inference. We're a participating startup in the Microsoft Founder's Hub with a $5000 sponsorship. Currently, our sponsorship provides us access to VM CPUs, but we require access to the Startup GPU Cluster to support our projects.
We were informed that eligible startups receive a weekly request email to enable GPU access. However, we have not received this email yet. After discussing our situation with our Founder's Hub advisor, we were advised to initiate a support ticket via the Azure support portal to request access to the GPU Cluster.
Could you please guide us on the next steps and enable access to the GPU Cluster for our account? We would appreciate any assistance or additional details you can provide regarding this request.

We have official documentation that now covers this. Details can be found on Startup GPU Cluster page.
The Startup GPU Cluster is a set of interconnected GPUs optimized and made available specifically for distributed training and fine-tuning. Startups can request access to this GPU cluster for short periods of time and use their Founders Hub credits, when available, to pay for it. As of January 2024, the cluster is a set of 500 NDmA100s, subject to change at a future date.
Types and number of GPU VMs available-
ND-H100: 1 to 13 VMs (8 accelerators per VM)
NDm_A100: 1 to 62 VMs (8 accelerators per VM)

Thank you for sharing the page on Startup GPU Cluster Page. We reviewed the page, then contacted support team at Founder's Hub as well as Azure regarding this. The emails were friendly, but we kept getting passed from one department from another without the proper guidance. What can we do? Thank you so much!

Could you please provide the ticket number via private message so I can track your request and get back to you? Also, please check your portal—when creating ND-H100 (1 to 13 VMs, 8 accelerators per VM) or NDm_A100 (1 to 62 VMs, 8 accelerators per VM), you might see the quota request blade.
