Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
Several weeks ago, Office 365 began warning that I was not logged in when using Word.
When I logged in (over and over), it flashed the missing credentials banner at the top and refused to accept a sign-in. It never even asked for a password.
Is there a way to EASILY restore these credentials? I am not aware of any system configuration changes in the last six months or so.

Do you have the same problem with other Office applications?
To better understand your problem, could you provide specific screenshots? If the sign-in window shows a blank authentication screen, you can refer to the Can't sign in to Microsoft 365 Windows desktop applications - Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn
Besides, try clearing Caches/Cookies and see if the issue appears.
