Error creating a new Bing Ads API sandbox account

I'm trying to create a new Bing Ads API sandbox account

The first problem occurs when creating a new microsoft account for the sandbox environment, microsoft ads is not allowing you to create a sandbox account with the internal outlook domain "outlook - int . com " as the docs suggest.

The second problem is that without the "outlook - int . com" email, you cannot retrieve the sandbox api tokens, you can only retrieve these tokens with an internal domain email, which microsoft is not allowing to create for some reason

The last problem is that you cannot access the sandbox ui with an internal domain email anymore "outlook - int . com", you can only access with a normal domain.

So if you have an internal domain you can retrieve the sandbox api tokens but you cannot access the sandbox ui or create a new sandbox environment, and if you have a normal email domain you can access the sandbox ui but you cannot retrieve the api tokens. The expected functionality is to create an internal email domain on the microsoft ads sandbox website, with this email create a new microsoft ads account and retrieve the tokens with the created email.
