How long it's been since enrollment? For iOS and iPadOS, the refresh cycle is every 7 days from device enrollment.

If it's been enrolled for a while, make sure there are no sync issues and last check-in time is reflecting correctly on the Company Portal on iOS as well as on Intune Portal.
If not, please look for sync issues. You can upload diagnostics from iOS device and review from portal under Troubleshooting + Support node to investigate further.
