How to validate public IPv4 addresses for an ExpressRoute with Microsoft peering?

I setup an ExpressRoute with Microsoft peering but all it says is validation needed for the public IPv4 addresses. Is there a something specific I need to do to have it validated?

Yes, you need to verify the public IPv4 addresses.
