Hi,
I am trying to deploy the Company Portal app to some machines that have not been Autopilot provisioned and am following the instructions here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/intune-service/apps/store-apps-company-portal-app
I am running the latest version of Winget but for some reason an old version of the Company Portal is being downloaded.
The following command is being used to download the Company Portal app and it's dependencies:
winget download "company portal" --architecture x64 --skip-license
The version that is being downloaded is 2021.602.1826_0
Does anyone have any ideas why?
I am thinking that the file is being maybe being downloaded from the old Store rather than the new one but I could be completely wrong about this.

I got the same file downloaded using winget command. Any specific reason to why you are downloading as offline installer? You can directly deploy the Company Portal App as a Microsoft Store app (new) to a group of devices.
Below are the instructions (tested on direct Entra joined and enrolled, non-autopilot provisioned device and it works),
I did the same for my test machine joined to Entra and enrolled (not Autopilot provisioned) and can see it installed successfully, as below.
Also, confirmed manually on the machine that it is installed.

So we already have the Company Portal app deploying to Autopilot, Entra ID joined machines with no problems, when I tried to deploy that same app to some hybrid joined, non Autopilot provisioned machines it failed to install and errored.
The article referenced does seem to state that for non Autopilot devices the offline version should be used.
It is also important to note that the offline version does indeed install on the target devices but is simply an old version.
I have raised a ticket with Microsoft as the advice given in this article - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/intune-service/apps/store-apps-company-portal-autopilot results in downloading and deploying a version of Company Portal that is years out of date.

When we try to get the version of Company Portal using winget, it is unknown. When I checked internally, got to know that there is an ongoing work on the unknown version thing, but there is no ETA for a solution yet, as it involves several teams (winget, the store, the way we get the manifest, etc.)
Good to know that you already have a support ticket raised, hope your issue gets resolved soon.
