How to install Home Office and Student 2013 on a Windows 11 Laptop - Error 30033-44

I am trying to install Microsoft Home Office and Student 2013 on my new Windows 11 laptop. Every time I try to install it I get error 30033-44. I have tried uninstalling Microsoft 365 first as well as restarting.

    Office 2013 has been unsupported since 2023 as discussed here. As such there are no guarantees that Office will work on newer OSes and MS doesn't guarantee any changes to Office services that the product may rely on will still work.

    Here's a link to an older article on some things to try and potentially get around the error including turning off AV, using the offline installer and turning off the firewall. The error code doesn't really tell us what is failing. You could try to look in any setup logs that it might generate. However, ultimately, it may just be that it relies on a service that is no longer supporting Office 2013. If you can find the error message details then that would help narrow down the issue.
