Hi Jayesh HW,
When you sign up for an Azure Free Trial, your subscription is technically created under the "Azure Plan" (MS-AZR-0017G) instead of explicitly showing as "Free Trial" (MS-AZR-0044P). This is because Microsoft has streamlined the subscription structure under the Azure Plan for better management and billing consistency. However, this does not mean that you lose access to the benefits of the Free Trial.
The Free Trial benefits, such as $200 in credit for 30 days and free services for 12 months (e.g., virtual machines, storage, etc.), are still applied to your account. The "Azure Plan" label is simply a naming convention under the Microsoft Customer Agreement and does not affect your access to Free Trial features or impose unexpected charges, provided you stay within the free limits.
Check your subscription benefits to ensure that the $200 free credit and spending limit are active. You can do this by Log in to the Azure Portal and Navigate to Cost Management + Billing > Subscriptions > selecting your Azure Plan and reviewing the "Credits" section to confirm the free trial benefits.
Hope the above provided information help you resolve the issue, if you have any further concerns or queries, please feel free to reach out to us.
