I have used my personal MSA until now for the developments and testing purposes!
Finally, we got infrastructure grant from the Microsoft For Start-ups. But, now that we are expanding, I cannot provide my account access to all people!!!
I need to change the MSA.
And I have redeemed few of the benefits come along with the Start-ups fund so, Those scores, will count under the same MSA or they can't be merged.
Please Guys I need answers!!!

Transferring credits and benefits from a personal Microsoft Account to a company-based MSA is possible but not a self-service process. To proceed, could you please raise support request. If you already raised a support ticket, could you please share the support ticket number with us? This will allow us to check internally and assist you in resolving the issue.
Additionally, engagement scores are calculated for accounts that have received Azure credit offers of $25,000 or more. If your original account qualified, the engagement score will remain associated with that account and cannot be transferred to a new one.
I didn't quit get what you mean by "not a self-service process".
But I can change the my MSA from the portal to Company's MSA for the access purposes right??
