We are looking to complete our business verification for in the Startups Founders Hub but it is just throwing an error "Submission failed Please re-enter your information and submit again". Our current agreement expires in 7 days so getting this resolved is critical.
I have all the documentation required and have an open support ticket 2503120040011838. However the response times are often greater than 24 hours and we have made zero progress towards resolution in almost a month.
Please provide assistance in escalating and resolving this issue.

Thanks, Rakesh. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from my support agent since the 3rd, and we’re growing increasingly anxious. As a startup working hard to establish ourselves, we've valued the Azure cloud services so far, but the ongoing lack of support is concerning. My team is now exploring mitigation strategies, including reduced usage and alternative providers. We would greatly appreciate a resolution to this issue as soon as possible
