I have been struggling with a few devices in MA Eswatini. they report as none- compliant, when I checked, they show non-compliant issues on 2 policies.
I have tried to sync the devices both manually and on Intune and the same problem persist. I also tried re-joining the devices.
device can't even appear on Intune, yet it is joint.

@Mamba Nomsa Admin, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know you find some devices shows non-compliant on 2 policies. But when check on these devices, the devices are not showing under Intune Devices > All devices. That's strange.
To clarify the issue, please collect the following information:
1, Could you get screen shots of the non-compliant report? As a note, please hide any sensitive information when we provide screen shots
2, Check if the last contacted of device records under the report is latest or an older date.
3, Is the device compliance information coming from third-party device compliance partners?
